All items sold are covered by 12 months manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer’s warranty is valid within Australia only and commences from the purchase date on your invoice. Eledric does NOT cover the return delivery costs on warranty items whether it is being shipped back to eledric or to the manufacturer. These costs are to be covered by the customer. Warranty does not cover any other associated costs regarding the item, i.e. removal of and/or replacing of the item, service fees or the like. NO proof of purchase, NO warranty claim. Be sure to keep your tax invoice as proof of purchase. To request another copy please contact our customer service team via email and include your name and order number. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase on the original goods which will be warranted as long as it complies with all other terms and conditions. Warranty is NOT transferable. For assistance with a warranty claim, please contact eledric via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. No refund will be processed until we have received the product from you and have determined the cause of the problem. This may require sending the item back to the manufacturer for evaluation to determine if this is a warrantable claim. After this point a refund will be issued if agreed upon by both parties. Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card or debit card used for the original purchase. If a new replacement item is issued for a returned warrantable item the warranty period of the new item is continued from the purchase date of the original item. The warranty period does not start again. However we ask you to please note, warranty terms do not cover parts or components damaged by neglect or misuse, incorrect assembly, improper/irregular maintenance or collision/accidents or accessories such as but not limited to – Remote Controls, Pull Start(if any), Batteries and consumable items (i.e Chains, Bars etc) and as such claims will be solely at our discretion. In the case that a warranty claim arises, we require the faulty part or item to be returned to us so we can examine, test and repair or replace any item deemed faulty. *Battery Warranty Conditions: For batteries covered by a 5 year pro-rata retail price return to base warranty. During the warranty period of 0 to 12mths there will be a full replacement of the battery, during the period of 13 to 24mths there will be a full replacement with 20% pro-rata fee, during the period of 25 to 36mths there will be a full replacement with 40% pro-rata fee, during the period of 37 to 48mths there will be a full replacement with 60% pro-rata fee & during the period of 49 to 60mths there will be a full replacement with 80% pro-rata fee. Warranty period starts from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover any other associated costs.
